2026 Obstacle Workshop- Tri-State New Jersey

The Spartan Obstacle Workshop is all about mastering the course. In this one-day, hands-on class, you will learn the essential techniques needed to conquer any Spartan Race. We dive into the specific movements required for each obstacle, helping you uncover and overcome the subtle technical weaknesses that often lead to limitations on race day.

Workshop Information!

- Workshops begin at 9:00 AM and last about 4-6 hours depending on the course, terrain and weather conditions.

- You will be learning techniques on approximately 15-20 obstacles during your workshop

- You DO NOT need to be a professional to take this class. This class is intended for first timers through pro athletes. It is a VIP experience at our event that will allow you to get your hands on the obstacles that you encounter at most of our events. 

- Please come prepared with hydration and fuel (hydration nor fuel are provided during the workshop)
