Description: Spartan OS is all about the obstacles. In the one-day hands-on class, you will learn the techniques needed to dominate the Spartan Race. You will uncover and learn how to overcome the often subtle weaknesses that cause big-time limitations on the course. Fitness professional? Take this class and learn how to bring obstacle-specific training to your box, gym or studio.
Workshop Information!
- You will be learning techniques on approximately 15-20 obstacles at this workshop
- You DO NOT need to be a professional to take this class. This class is intended for first timers through pro athletes. It is a VIP experience at our event that will allow you to get your hands on the obstacles that you encounter at most of our events.
- Please come prepared with hydration (hydration during the workshop is NOT provided)
