The Spartan SGX Coach CSI Certification Workshop – Italy is an official 32-hour certification program delivered in collaboration with CSI (Centro Sportivo Italiano), the recognized national sport body in Italy.
The course is structured in two weekends:
Online session: March 14–15 2025 (09:00 – 18:00 CET ZOOM Meeting ) – foundational theory: Spartan history, the Seven Pillars of SGX, coaching methodology, physiology, nutrition, and program design.
Live sessions: March 28-29, 2025 (09:00 – 18:00 CET, Base 190, Canale – CN, Italy) – practical SGX application including movement analysis, obstacle training, running techniques, and the final certification exams.
By completing both parts, participants will obtain the Spartan SGX Coach Certification and, thanks to CSI, official recognition within the Italian national sport qualification system.
